Socks
The humble sock, designed to help save the animal on the sock. Bamboo for thermoregulation. 10% of profits to the animal on the sock, because we can do better. Started by Lucy Jeffrey, my partner, awesome watching her grow it.

If you are going to chew gum, why not get your vitamins in it as well. Fresh breath. Great taste. Healthy for you. Sadly I learned first hand, ‘is your product a vitamin or a pain killer’
Chewmore Gum - Cold pressed Chewing Gum
At the height of Cold Pressed juices, we came across an expiring patent, a patent to cold press vitamins, into chewing gum.
Unfortunately we couldn’t get the taste right, so whilst an interesting idea no one came back for more!
Bare Kind Bamboo socks
Started by Lucy Jeffrey, my partner, Bare Kind is all about saving the animals. Done by donating 10% of profits to saving the animal on the sock.

I invested in Alectro for 3 reasons:
Tim: One of the smartest people I’ve ever met, is also one of the hardest working. After going to uni together in Melbourne, Tim went to Cambridge to study Nuclear engineering where he met Bertie, his brilliant cofounder.
Purpose: This business is going with a rising tide, sustainability is only going to become more important to customers, staff, the world.
Execution: Tim and Bertie built this whilst working full time, and it was side of desk. 100% customer retention, high LTV to CAC.
Vacant space: No one doing virtual chief sustainability officer well. This was the team to do it.
